Are you like me in this boat of trying to lose excess weight and all you do is go back and forth like waves bobbing you around? My friends thought I was insane. Others promise to curb your appetite because it worked for some Bushmen in Africa blah, blah, blah. Others assure to melt the fat away. Another camp is to cut your calories and do 40 minutes of aerobic activity. This one merely helped place weight on (I later found out); by now I was starting to believe my friends, but I knew something must be wrong with me.



Jeff had to be pleased to be a part of the U.S. Olympic members in Beijing at the age of nearly 41. Yet, Jeff was not 4 inches long from making the finals which had to be a bit disappointing. The very best vault Jeff did in Beijing for the Olympics was 18 feet, 2 inches and it took 18 feet, 6 inches for 12 of the 38 adversaries to make the last round of jumping. With the 2012 Olympics planned for London just 4 years away, it will be fine to see if Jeff might have an additional look. For nine months I suffered until I was able to get to a chiropractor in June of 2006 where I found out that all of my vertebrae were out of place, my back had no right curvature. I was so off balance that I was able to not stand still enough to get a great x ray the first time. In January of this year I had another x ray and my spine was perfect from the very top of my neck down to my waist. By then I had a curvature from my waist down to my hips.

I did also during my 25 years running a super-successful multi-doctor chiropractic office. I wish I would have done more, as I look back now. It"s been six months since my last chiropractic visit. I have been really happy with how little strain I"ve felt in my back since comprising a regular routine of stretching and strengthening my back muscles no less than three days a week although I admittedly don"t do this whole routine every day of the week.
